    Where the time actually goes

If SAP Business One still runs alongside a pile of
    spreadsheets, this will sound familiar

None of this shows up on a balance sheet. It shows up as someone staying late on a Friday to fix an order that synced wrong, or a customer asking why the item they just paid for is suddenly "out of stock."

    Someone is still exporting CSVs

Orders or customer records get pulled out of the webshop, checked over, and typed back into SAP by hand. It happens more often than most owners realize — usually by whoever has time that week.

Your website and SAP disagree on stock

A customer orders something the site says is available. SAP says otherwise. Now you're writing an apology email and processing a refund instead of shipping an order.

Bank statements, typed in by hand

A lot of SAP B1 shops we talk to are still reconciling line by line. It's slow, it's error-prone, and it's exactly the kind of work that shouldn't need a person anymore.

    Support answers with old information

A rep tells a customer their order shipped. It didn't — the CRM hasn't synced with SAP since this morning, and nobody noticed until the complaint came in.

A script someone wrote quietly breaks

SAP pushes an update, and the middleware or custom script bolted on three years ago stops working without telling anyone. It usually surfaces at month-end, not when it happens.

Growth adds more manual work, not less

A new sales channel means another spreadsheet to keep fed by hand. That's backwards — getting bigger should make the operations side easier, not harder.

    Do the math yourself

What Is Manual Order Processing Actually Costing You?

Move the sliders to roughly match what your team deals with today — the numbers below update as you go.

    Monthly orders / documents processed500
    Minutes spent manually per order12
Average loaded staff cost / hour (€)35
    Order/document error rate (%)5
    Estimated Savings With Automation
    €0
    Every year€0
    Every month€0
Staff hours freed / month0 hrs
    Errors prevented / month0

The 85% and 90% figures are roughly what we've seen once a customer's order and document flow is automated — your actual numbers depend on how messy things are today. Think of this as a starting point for a conversation, not a quote.

    How we actually build this

We connect to SAP's own API.
    There's nothing sitting in between.

Most integration projects add a piece of middleware between SAP Business One and everything else. We skip that step. Our add-ons talk to SAP Business One's own Service Layer and DI API directly — which is also why SAP is willing to certify them.

    • Something happens

An order lands in your shop, a payment clears at the bank, a lead fills out a form — wherever your data starts its life.

    • The add-on picks it up

No export, no upload, no one remembering to run a job at 6pm. It just happens.

    • SAP creates the record

Using SAP's own native objects — not a shadow copy sitting in some other database you now also have to maintain.

    • The status flows back

Stock, order status, whatever changed on the SAP side — it makes its way back to wherever it started.

No middleware layer — every connection runs on SAP-certified native add-ons

    Finance Automation

Banking, e-invoicing, credit checks — the paperwork side of the business, running on its own.

    A few of our customers

    Three Companies,
    Three Different
    Automation Problems

We won't pretend every project looks the same. Here's roughly what a few of them actually needed.

    Sinell

Order processing and finance work that used to eat up most of a full-time role now largely runs itself inside SAP Business One.

    Creditsafe

Credit checks happen inside SAP Business One now, instead of in a separate browser tab someone had to remember to open.

    Winwall

Their webshop and SAP used to disagree about what was actually in stock. Since going live with a native integration, they don't anymore.

    Why Ingold Solutions

    A Certified SAP Partner Behind
    Every Add-on

    • SAP Partner & SAP PartnerEdge Build Partner

SAP has reviewed and approved both our implementation work and the add-ons we build. That's not a badge we bought — it's status SAP grants directly.

    • Every add-on is SAP-certified

Including the ones with certified integration with SAP HANA. Each one went through SAP's own certification process before it reached a customer.

    • We build on SAP's own APIs

No extra server humming away in the background that somebody has to patch, host and pay for separately.

    • One team, start to finish

The person who scopes your project sits down the hall from the person who builds it — and from the person who picks up your support ticket next year.

    • ISO 9001 & ISO 27001 certified

Our processes and how we handle your data are independently audited, not just something we put on a slide.

    Questions we actually get asked

SAP Business One Integration — Common Questions

What does "SAP Business One integration" actually mean?

It means connecting SAP Business One to whatever else your business runs on — a webshop, a bank feed, a CRM — so information moves between them on its own instead of someone typing it in twice.
Because middleware sits outside SAP's own certification process. When SAP pushes an update, there's no guarantee a third-party script still works with it. Our add-ons are built directly on SAP's APIs and go through SAP's certification, so they're built to keep up as SAP Business One changes.
Shopify, Magento and WooCommerce on the e-commerce side. Mailchimp and Brevo for newsletters. Creditsafe for credit checks. Plus warehouse management, manufacturing and document archiving. If you're not sure your system is covered, just ask — chances are we've either built it or connected to something similar.
They're really certified — every add-on in our portfolio has gone through SAP's certification process, and several carry certified integration with SAP HANA specifically. We're also an SAP Partner and SAP PartnerEdge Build Partner, both statuses granted by SAP itself.
An SAP Partner is authorized to sell and implement SAP Business One. A Build Partner has gone a step further — SAP has certified them to develop software on top of the platform. We hold both, which is why we can set up your SAP system and also build the add-on that connects it to your shop.
It depends what you're connecting, but a single e-commerce integration on top of an existing SAP B1 setup usually takes a few weeks. We're deploying an add-on we've already built and certified, not writing custom code from scratch.
No. Our Shopify, Magento and WooCommerce add-ons talk to SAP Business One directly. You skip the middleware subscription and the extra piece of infrastructure that can quietly break.
Mostly by removing the manual re-entry and reconciliation work that eats staff hours and occasionally causes an expensive mistake — a stockout, a duplicate invoice, that sort of thing. Run your own numbers in the calculator above if you want a rough figure.
Cloud works fine. We host SAP Business One in the cloud for a good number of our customers already, and the add-ons run right alongside it.
A consultant who actually knows SAP Business One — not a call-center script — looks at what you're running today and tells you honestly whether an add-on would help, and roughly what it would cost.
